No. House of Biscotti operates as a home-based bakery under Florida's Cottage Food Law. All products are handcrafted in my home kitchen, where I follow strict food safety practices and maintain current food handler certification.

Absolutely! Every order is baked fresh to order and never pulled from warehouse inventory. Most orders require 24–48 hours' notice, though larger orders, custom orders, and event orders may require additional time.

Yes! Most products are available for nationwide shipping within the United States. Shipping availability and options are shown on individual product pages. Certain seasonal or specialty items may be available for local pickup or delivery only.

Each cookie is handcrafted, so slight variations in appearance are normal and part of what makes homemade baked goods special. While size and shape may vary slightly, the listed minimum weight is always met or exceeded.

Yes! House of Biscotti offers select no sugar added, flourless, gluten-friendly, and vegan-friendly products. Please review individual product descriptions for details and ingredients.

Please note that all baked items are made in a kitchen where any or all of the products may contain traces of milk, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. I cannot guarantee protection against cross-contamination.

Room Temperature: 3–4 days in original packaging. Avoid humidity and sunlight.
Freezing: Up to 3 months in an airtight bag/container, leaving in original packaging. Thaw at room temperature.

Yes! Use the “Custom Orders & Events” link, and I’ll confirm all details before finalizing your order.

Yes! House of Biscotti provides desserts for meetings, corporate events, parties, weddings, showers, holiday gatherings, and other special occasions. Custom labels are available. Please inquire at least 1–2 weeks in advance whenever possible.

Yes! I enjoy partnering with schools, organizations, teams, and community groups. We’ll work together to select products and establish a fundraising program that supports your cause.

Due to health and safety regulations, all sales are final and I do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Absolutely! House of Biscotti products make wonderful gifts for birthdays, holidays, thank-you gifts, corporate gifting, and special occasions. You may include a personalized gift message during checkout.

Pickup orders not collected within 48 hours of the agreed pickup time may be donated. Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, refunds are not available.

If a recipient is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time, a second delivery attempt may be arranged for an additional fee. Orders not claimed within 48 hours may be donated. Refunds are not available.

Yes! Custom orders are available for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, holidays, and special occasions. Submit a Custom Order Inquiry form to discuss your ideas and availability.

Yes. Sweetly Spiked desserts are made using real spirits and are intended for adults 21 years of age and older. Valid age verification may be required where applicable.
